Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation in Chicago seeks a Relationship Banker to build lasting customer relationships and tailor financial solutions. You will operate teller duties, open accounts, and collaborate with Mortgage and Wealth Management partners to serve client needs.

You bring 2–3 years in customer service or financial services, with a high school diploma and solid computer skills. This is an onsite role with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

• Operating a teller drawer serving customers in the lobby/drive-up
• Opening accounts, performing account maintenance and assisting customers with digital products
• Recognizing potential fraud and other risks
• Depending on the shift, you might be responsible for bank opening/closing
• Helping support community and bank events

Compensation:

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $22.00 - $28.00, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
