Caterpillar in Arvin, CA is seeking a Team Lead for the 2nd shift to guide a Warehouse/Logistics team. You will coordinate daily workflow, manage zones, and drive continuous improvements across safety, quality, and cost targets.

You will lead cross-functional meetings, track metrics, and mentor staff while ensuring timely, accurate operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Work independently with minimal supervision; may require OT.
• Lead daily team meetings and guide priorities and change management.
• Demonstrate safety excellence and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Manage training matrix to ensure team flexibility.
