Position Details:

  • Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  • Environment: Clean room requiring PPE such as hair and beard covers, lab coats, gloves, and shoe covers. No makeup, perfume/cologne, or nail polish allowed.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead production associates, perform non-cyclical production tasks like ordering and maintaining materials, setting up lines, and performing assembly and inspection operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements, including FDA regulations and company policies.
  • Manage materials and supplies, monitor production, verify adherence to work instructions, and maintain documentation and tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with team members, monitor quality and safety, and perform operational tasks as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of related experience or 7+ years in light assembly within a regulated industry; medical device experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer use, ability to read detailed instructions, recognize defects, and demonstrate competency in critical assembly processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices, and industry-specific certifications preferred.
