The Impact You'll Make

Danfoss in Easley, SC is seeking a Team Lead for the first shift. The Manufacturing Lead will guide Team Coordinators on assigned tasks and support the prioritization and scheduling of work. What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate with the production planning team to prioritize production requirements. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Facilitate cross-shift coordination to manage priorities and workloads efficiently. Oversee cross-training initiatives to enhance workforce flexibility.
• Collaborate with full-time trainers to improve employee skill sets. Communicate objectives, projects, changes, and programs clearly and positively.
• Support employee engagement by offering constructive feedback on outcomes and contributing to planning activities.
• Accurately process scrap tickets and provide insights for scrap reduction initiatives based on identified causes and sources.

• High School diploma or GED. Basic math skills.
• Broad technical knowledge relevant to the area of work. Ability to delegate responsibilities effectively among team members.
