  • Pay Range: $24.24 - $26.50
  • Work Location: On-site (Building 2)
  • Shift: 1st shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily shift activities to ensure efficient production.
  • Perform equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to resolve technical and quality issues.
  • Assist with machinery operation as needed to support production flow.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of production records and documentation.
  • Maintain communication between shifts and with management to ensure continuity.
  • Reassign team members as needed to meet production demands or cover absences.
  • Inspect materials, products, and machinery to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Lead process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Guide the team in interpreting processes and policies to ensure compliance and improve performance.
  • Assist with data collection and reporting on production metrics.
  • Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
