Job summary

Domino’s Pizza – Team Honey Badger is looking for a Team Lead to oversee shifts, ensure smooth store operation, and deliver great customer experiences.

You will manage team members, help with pizza preparation, handle cash, train new hires, and support daily store goals. Compensation starts at $15/hour with room for increases after training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude is required.
• Strong attendance and punctuality are required.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; facial piercings may be allowed but limited.
