Domino's Pizza in Morgantown is hiring a Team Lead to run shifts, lead the team, and ensure smooth operation while delivering great customer experiences. You will be the go-to person on shift, helping keep the store running and upholding service standards.

Starting at $13 per hour with opportunities for increases during training, the role offers flexible scheduling, full benefits for full-time staff, and pathways for leadership development and advancement within Team Honey Badger.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted. Some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.
