Job summary

Domino's Team Honey Badger in Appleton, WI is hiring Team Leads to manage shifts, keep the store running smoothly, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be the go-to person on shift, ensuring operations stay on track and customers leave happy.

You will lead and motivate teammates, handle cash and store tasks, participate in training, and help us reach daily goals in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.
