  • Willingness to receive and implement feedback constructively.
  • Availability for a greater amount of days within the current season.

Responsibilities

  • Adherence to Pinehaven Farms safety protocols to uphold a secure environment.
  • Flexibility to work in various weather conditions (rain, snow, cold, heat, etc.)
  • Participation in day to day operations of the team.
  • Delivering a memorable guest experience through customer service.
  • Facilitating shift breaks for staff and addressing emergent needs such as restroom breaks or health issues.
  • Prompt reporting of escalated employee or customer incidents to the appropriate manager.
  • Attendance and assistance during orientations and training dates.
  • Support with hiring activities as required.Additional assistance as needed with preseason and post-season tasks.

Pinehaven Farm is a family-owned farm and seasonal entertainment destination in Wyoming, Minnesota. Since 1952, we've been creating memorable experiences for families through our Fall Festival, Pumpkin Patch, attractions, food, live entertainment, and special events. Each fall, our team welcomes thousands of guests and works together to provide a fun, safe, and unforgettable experience for visitors of all ages.

Pinehaven Farm is Looking for Team Leads to help manage some of our small areas of the farm/event. This job is a seasonal shift lead position.

We have several different areas of the farm that are needing a Team Lead, including Parking Lot Team Lead, Entertainment Team Lead, Attractions Team Lead, and Tractor Driver Team Lead.

Overview:

Team Leads at Pinehaven Farm are the next step up from our standard employee positions.This position combines the responsibilities of a shift lead with active participation in all operations of this team. Team Leads serve as the next level of leadership beyond our employee positions. This role requires availability to provide support to staff for breaks, address inquiries, and handle minor concerns.
