Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.

Job SummaryResponsible for assisting in the oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in training and developing staff.Assist in member service oversight making sure all staff provide great customer experience.Very involved in front desk related tasks:Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.Taking info calls.Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member account information.Great/meet potential members and provide gym tour.Assist to facilitate member service issues and questions.Assist with team member management and provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures.Help create and maintain a positive image for the club.Assist overseeing cleanliness and appearance of gym.Assist in managing marketing efforts.
