Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated hospitality-oriented team member to assist with daily gym operations and member services. You will perform front desk tasks, answer calls, assist with member sign-ups, cancellations, and updating accounts, and help tour potential members.

Responsibilities include supporting staff training, maintaining a clean, welcoming environment, addressing member service issues, and backing the Club Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented role with focus on delivering positive member experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team and member interactions.
• Ability to lead, train, and support staff to maintain high service standards.
