Job summary

Abraxas Youth and Family Services in Morgantown, PA is seeking a Team Lead to supervise and coordinate services for individuals supported by the program. You will bridge staff, individuals, families, and leadership to keep services person-centered, effective, and aligned with goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, background checks, valid driver's license, and the ability to work the third shift 11:00 pm to 7:00 am including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to pass ORR background check with residency requirements.
• 21+ years of age and valid driver's license.
• Pass federal and state background checks covering crimes.
• Ability to work with computers and standard software.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and operational oversight for community inclusion activities and events.
• Organize, schedule, and distribute work among assigned personnel.
• Keep employees informed of policies, procedures, and program updates.
• Support implementation of agency policies and procedures.
• Supervise and mentor assigned staff.
• Manage projects and community inclusion events from planning to completion.
• Review service notes and documentation for quality and accuracy.
• Prepare and submit reports and required program documentation.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

As the Team Lead, you will provide supervision and operational oversight while coordinating comprehensive services for individuals supported by the program.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:

• High School Diploma or GED

Other Qualifications:

• Ability to pass ORR background check with residency requirements.
  High school diploma or GED
  Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree preferred. (Detention unit employees shall have an Associate's degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university)
• At least twenty-one (21) years of age
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Physical exams that include TB and drug testing.
• Must pass both federal and state background checks which screen for crimes including, but not limited to drug related crimes, violent crimes, sexual abuse, domestic violence, child abuse, and repeated misdemeanors.
• Satisfactory completion of background screening and applicable pre-employment checks, including but not limited to employment and/or personal reference and driving records.
• Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.

Schedule

Shift: Third shift 11:00 pm - 7:00 am (including weekends)
