Job summary

IMMACULATE FACILITY SERVICES LLC is seeking a supervisor to lead a team of 5–7 associates in cleaning offices, break rooms, bathrooms, and warehouse floors.

The on-site role requires coordinating daily tasks, training new staff on cleaning agents and safety, maintaining inventory, and rotating weekends while ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and safety. Strong communication and reliability are essential to meet productivity goals.

Qualifications

Position Objective: This position is responsible for leading a staff of 5-7 associates in performing all cleaning activities while servicing assigned areas in offices, break rooms, bathrooms, and floors in a warehouse facility. The position does work rotating weekends.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide immaculate cleaning services throughout the warehouse facilityDirect and coordinate associates’ daily cleaning activities and delegate workflow instructionsAssist in monitoring and inspecting overall cleaningAssist in training new associates on cleaning agents, safety, equipment, and proper cleaning techniquesRecommend new methods to promote efficiency, teamwork, and developmentTake supply inventory and maintain the inventory supply storeroomAssist to ensure a safe working environment for all employeesAssist to ensure associates are adhering to all Company policies and proceduresNotify the supervisor and/or manager of all complaints or employee relations concernsMaintain a high level of customer satisfactionParticipate in cleaning activities and operate a ride-on walkieAttend to emergencies and participate in meetings as requiredPerform other job-related duties as required.High school diploma or equivalent preferredTwo years of experience preferred or equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achievedSkills in coordinating work activities of assigned staffPrevious knowledge and use of cleaning equipment, products, techniques, and standards.Good verbal and written communication.Detail-oriented and team-orientedAbility to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong - It does not necessarily involve solving the problem, but recognizing there is a problemAbility to endure long hours of continuous work when called upon to do soPhysical efforts required by the job includes: walking, standing, bending, stooping, pulling, pushing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.Must be able to work independently and accomplish goals without direct supervision.
