Job summary

GO Car Wash is seeking a Team Lead to support site managers and oversee daily car wash operations outdoors. You’ll help maintain safety, inventory, equipment and service standards while modeling our values and coaching teammates to excel in customer interactions.

This role offers a hands-on, active work environment with opportunities to grow. Compensation includes hourly pay with uncapped commissions, plus benefits such as health coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 6 months of relevant customer service or sales experience.
• Car wash experience preferred, though not required.

As a Team Lead at GO Car Wash, you’ll help site managers with the daily operations of our car wash, while also contributing to the overall success of the site. You’ll help ensure we’re meeting all our inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards to deliver a consistent, convenient and exceptional car wash experience for customers. You’ll also help hire, train, and coach our Teammates to perform their jobs and uphold our values, which includes setting an example when completing all required car wash activities.

For You To Be Successful, We’re Looking For

  Compensation

  Our Teammates in this role typically earn $15.50/hour, which includes a base pay of $13.50/hour plus an average of $2/hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, and our top performers regularly exceed $2/hour in additional earnings. Offer will depend on location and level of knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
