Qualifications

• 4+ years of manufacturing warehousing Shipping control experience.
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders and make prompt decisions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, and able to analyze data to support decisions.
• ERP experience required.
• Willing to work extended hours or weekends when required.
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience (min. 2 consecutive years).
• Proven past performance via references.

The Lead Shipping specialist is a dedicated and reliable shipping manager that will monitor and report on our company’s Shipping levels and maintain production cycle counts. You will be responsible for developing Shipping tracking systems, reviewing levels of supplies, ordering new materials, and performing a daily analysis. A successful Shipping manager is a trustworthy professional with outstanding record-keeping and analytical abilities. Will demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to interpret and analyze large amounts of data.
