Job summary

Insight Public Sector in Hanover Park, IL is seeking a Team Lead for Distribution to manage day-to-day warehouse operations and lead a team of associates, forklift operators, and technicians. This onsite role requires coordinating order picking and monitoring daily output.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of warehouse experience and some supervisory experience, with strong communication skills in English to interact with managers and colleagues.

As a Team Lead Distribution, you will be responsible for directing teammates in their respective area and managing day-to-day operations so that the team meets it required level of production. The team leader is responsible for the coordination of warehouse associates, forklift operators and techs within the Integration Services center. We will count on you to ensure that client orders are picked in a timely manner to meet client expectations. Monitor and document the daily volume of lab units in departmental records.
