Multiple positions available including Management and Non-management.**Benefits:**Competitive Pay + Opportunity to Earn a Monthly Bonus\\*\\*\\*FREE CAR WASHES\\*\\*\\*· · Paid Time Off· Continuing Education reimbursement $2500 annually· Flexible schedules/work life balance· Refer a friend $200 bonus· Paid Training/Career Path Development· Free UniformsFull-time OR Part-time Positions available**Position Overview**The Team Lead is tasked with performing the daily operational practices of running the car wash facility and providing excellent customer service.**Duties and Responsibilities:*** Organizing shift schedules for team members* Monitoring attendance, tardiness and time off* Assigning duties to specific employees based on role and skills* Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary* Managing employees’ requests and transgressions* Training new and current team members on tasks* Handling customer issues and managing conflicts* Adhering to company policies and health, safety and employment standards* Balancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposits**Additional Tasks:*** Greet customers courteously and explain available wash services to them; take and process wash payments to the satisfaction of customers and car wash* Perform cleaning of facility and ensure everything is kept in the appropriate place and organized (water hoses, nozzles, brushes, soap buckets, broom, hand tools, pressure washer, and grease gun)* Provide assistance to customers in any area concerning car wash process* Move or direct cars into the express wash tunnel with a pleasant, focused, and competent attitude* Points to directional sign; neutral, no-brake, no steering while watching the customer to ensure directions are followed.* Smiles at customer and does thumbs up after guest is in neutral with no brakes* Carry out visual inspection of vehicles to confirm their condition before sending them into the wash area* Ensure company policies and safety procedures are adhered to in carrying out given tasks daily* Ensure vacuums are unclogged, trash cans emptied, and hoses properly hung* With a sense of urgency, ensure the right thing is done at the right time with customers, home office, and fellow teammates.## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** Ability to display courteous and professional attitude* Excellent customer service skills to ensure optimum customer satisfaction* Strong ability to work flexible hours, such as evenings and weekends* Ability to work standing over long periods of time* Ability to lift items of moderate weight* Ability to work outdoor and be efficient in all weather conditions* Ability to interact ethically with fellow employees and customers* Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills* Strong ability to handle the physical demand of the job* Ability to follow directions and correctly implement tasks.* Car wash locations can create wet hazardous conditions and safety precautions should be met for safety and compliance\\*\\*Roles and responsibilities are listed above but are not limited to the list.
