Job summary

ERMCO-ECI in Athens, GA seeks a production-oriented individual to organize the flow of the production area and actively participate in manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include machine operation, general maintenance, material handling, and inventory maintenance.

Responsibilities cover setting up and operating machines, training personnel, ensuring rules and processes are followed, loading/unloading materials, monitoring safety and quality, and recording production data.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience: High School/GED or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience.
• Computer skills: must have basic computer skills.
• Communication: verbal and written communication required.
• Language skills: read, analyze and interpret production reports and company documents; respond to inquiries.
• Mathematical skills: basic math concepts used in production.
• Reasoning: define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Forklift operation: training and certification available.
