Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Organize team travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and event itineraries, and communicate arrangements and changes to team members.
• Manage crew credential and pass requests, submissions, and distribution for race and test events.
• Coordinate hospitality and crew catering for race and test events, including purchasing food, beverages, and supplies, and organizing and stocking items in the team truck.
• Support event logistics and day-to-day coordination to ensure efficient operations and professional team presentation.
• Manage team apparel orders, distribution, and inventory.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to coordinate arrangements and address logistical needs.
• Provide additional administrative and operational support related to team coordination, as needed.

As Team Coordinator for the BMW M Team WRT IMSA GTP program, you will support the team's travel, hospitality, and administrative needs to help ensure race and test events run smoothly.

Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Organize team travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and event itineraries, and communicate arrangements and changes to team members.
• Manage crew credential and pass requests, submissions, and distribution for race and test events.
• Coordinate hospitality and crew catering for race and test events, including purchasing food, beverages, and supplies from retailers such as Costco and Sam's Club, and organizing and stocking those items in the team truck.
• Support event logistics and day-to-day coordination to help ensure efficient operations and a professional team presentation.
• Manage team apparel orders, distribution, and inventory.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to coordinate arrangements and address logistical needs.
• Provide additional administrative and operational support related to team coordination, as needed.

The Team Coordinator should have the following desired skillset:
