Required Skills:

Position Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or associate’s degree (for LPN only) required.
  • Current licensure as an LPN, EMT, or certification as a CNA in the State of Michigan required.
  • One year of experience in a long-term care clinical position required.
  • Three years of experience in long-term care preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (available upon hire).
  • Annual influenza vaccination or declination required.
Position Details:
  • 0.6-0.9 FTE (24 to 36 hours per week).
  • Day shifts (later morning start time) - 8-hour shifts.
  • Every other weekend.
  • Rotating holidays.
