Job summary

Agape Care Group is seeking a Team Coordinator to lead daily operations, answer incoming calls, assign clinician visits, and prepare interdisciplinary meetings. You will manage inventory and support clinical leaders to ensure smooth service delivery to patients and families in our hospice network.

The role requires strong organization, reliable transportation, and at least 1 year of health care setting experience. Expect opportunities for growth and a collaborative, compassionate work culture.

Qualifications

• Scheduling experience in a health-care setting and office management
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

We are looking for a team coordinator ready to lead and serve. As a team coordinator, you will be responsible for answering all incoming calls, processing daily workflow, assignment of clinician visits, preparing interdisciplinary meetings, managing and maintaining office inventory and medical supplies and supporting the clinical leader(s). Most importantly, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the agency so patients can receive the care they need.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care


• Education: Associate degree preferred


• Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience in a health care setting. Scheduling and office manager experience preferred


• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs
