Bulkley Trucking is hiring teams to haul refrigerated freight with a family-owned approach based in East Texas. Teams can earn $180,000–$190,000+ annually, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for each driver and a $1,250 weekly guaranteed minimum.

Most routes keep you below I-40, with 90% no-touch freight and consistent miles year-round. Get on the road quickly—often in 1 week—with home time negotiable and rider/per diem and performance bonuses available.
