Job summary

Bulkley Trucking in East Texas is seeking driver teams to join our refrigerated fleet. You’ll run consistently with no-touch freight, stay mostly below I-40, and enjoy a quick onboarding, often in under a week.

Expect $180k–$190k+ annually, a $5,000 sign‑on per driver, and a guaranteed $1,250 weekly minimum. We pay weekly, with rider and per diem perks, health benefits, 401(k) matching, and a driver‑friendly, family‑owned culture.

Qualifications

• Experience driving in teams is preferred.
• No-touch freight experience is advantageous.
• Ability to be on the road regularly with consistent schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate the team-based refrigerated fleet.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
• Adhere to schedules and routes with a teammate.
• Coordinate with teammate for home time and resets.
