Bulkley Trucking, a family-owned refrigerated carrier in East Texas, is seeking teams to join our driver crews. We offer strong miles, no-touch freight, and consistent home time with routes mostly below I-40.

You can get on the road quickly, with a 1-week ramp and a guaranteed weekly minimum. We provide new automatic Volvo trucks, comprehensive benefits, weekly direct deposit, per diem, and performance bonuses.

What Teams Can Expect

• Teams earn $180,000–$190,000+ annually
• $5,000 sign-on bonus EACH driver
• Get hired and on the road in as little as 1 week
• $1,250 weekly guaranteed minimum
• Home every 7–13 days with flexible reset options
• 90% of routes stay below I-40
