Job summary

Coulter Services is seeking a Class A Tractor-Trailer Team Route Driver (OTR) to haul no-touch auto parts across multiple states. You will drive in a two-person team, prioritize safety, logs, and regulatory compliance while delivering freight efficiently.

This role requires strong teamwork, willingness to load/unload as needed, and adherence to DOT rules. OTR responsibilities include hazard awareness and accurate recordkeeping on long-haul trips.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to follow regulations and procedures.
• Ability to maintain accurate logs and documentation.
• Comfort working as a team while driving long-haul routes.
• Willingness to support loading/unloading as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify roadway and workplace hazards and take appropriate action to reduce risk.
• Keep accurate records and maintain required logs.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable DOT and company safety regulations.
• Assist with loading or unloading when required.
• Perform duties focused on safe, efficient transportation of freight.
