Expect average weekly miles above 5,000, with pay components including per-mile and per-stop earnings, plus a weekly safety bonus. Start times range 4 PM–10 PM; schedules Thursday-Monday or Friday-Tuesday; on-site shop available for maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• No SAP Drivers on the team.
• Clean driving record and DOT Medical card required.
• Able to work weekends and holidays when scheduled.

Responsabilités

• Drive for dedicated retail freight routes with no-touch freight.
• Operate newer sleeper trucks (2024/2025 Freightliner) equipped with power inverter and double bunk.
• Participate in regular maintenance and cleaning at an on-site shop.
• Maintain safety standards and timely delivery across routes.

We're hiring a full team of Class A CDL drivers for dedicated retail freight routes based out of Cedar Falls, Iowa. Enjoy no-touch freight, newer sleeper trucks, and a consistent schedule with weekly home time.

Pay

• Team earnings: approximately $246,700 annually
• Per-driver earnings: approximately $123,350 annually
• $0.86 per mile, split between team drivers
• $33 per stop, split between team drivers
• Average of 5,000+ miles per week
• Additional $50 weekly safety and performance bonus per driver

Schedule

• Home weekly with consecutive days off
• Available schedules: Thursday-Monday or Friday-Tuesday
• Start times between 4 PM and 10 PM
