Schneider National is seeking drivers for Team Dedicated operations. Haul sporting goods in dry van trailers to stores, with 100% no-touch freight and a mix of drop-and-hook.

Expect slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs, 2–4 loads weekly with 1–3 stops per load, within the Western 11 states, and the option to bring your dog or cat under the Team Pet Policy. Competitive pay includes mileage plus hourly on duty, a first-year weekly guarantee, performance pay, and sign-on bonuses for both

Formación

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Live within 75 miles of Phoenix, AZ.
• Experience with dry van operation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Haul sporting goods in dry van trailers to and from retail stores.
• No-touch freight and drop-and-hook where applicable.
• Perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• 2–4 loads per week with 1–3 stop-offs per load.
• Drive within the Western 11 states.
• Team Pet Policy participation.
