Schneider National is seeking team-oriented drivers for dedicated routes in the Western United States. This position involves hauling sporting goods to and from retail stores with dry van trailers, and features 100% no-touch and 50% drop-and-hook freight.

Expect 2–4 loads per week with 1–3 stop-offs per load, and pet-friendly policy. Competitive pay includes mileage plus hourly on-duty pay, weekly guarantee of $1,000 for 90 days, and annual bonus opportunities.
