Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking CDL A Team Truck Drivers at our Columbiana, OH service center. Team drivers operate van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers, on the road for 5 days and home for 2 days each week.

Yearly compensation ranges from $140,000 to $160,000 per driver, with excellent benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance and a 401(k) with company match. Vacation after 90 days and access to exclusive employee resorts.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required.
• 1 yr combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Good driving record with no major violations and limited moving violations in 3 years.
• Age 23 (21 if FMCSA military to civilian CDL waiver).
• Must pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen.
• Must complete a road test.

Responsibilities

• Pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers or turn-points.
• Operate as part of a team; on the road 5 days and home 2 days each week.
• Maintain a safe driving record and comply with company policies.
