Job summary

Covenant Logistics Group is seeking CDL-A team drivers for dedicated lanes with strong weekly miles and reliable income. Teams are backed by dedicated freight and weekly or bi-weekly home time, with earnings potential highlighted by up to $100,000 per driver per year and a $0.52–$0.74 CPM rate depending on verified experience.

A sign-on bonus of $8,000 per team is offered for partnerships that stay together at least 90 days; California drivers are not eligible for the sign-on.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Must be pre-matched with a co-driver.
• Hazmat endorsement required or willing to obtain within 30 days.
• California: willing to obtain Hazmat and Doubles/Triples; other states: 3 months teaming experience and Hazmat endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Drive as a team with a co-driver on dedicated lanes with consistent freight.
• Aim for high mileage and reliable weekly income.
