Job summary

Covenant Logistics Group is seeking CDL-A Team Drivers to join our team-based freight operation. Our teams enjoy dedicated lanes, consistent freight, and support designed for team success, with earnings potential up to $100,000 per driver per year and $0.52–$0.74 CPM based on experience.

We offer an $8,000 sign-on bonus per team and weekly or bi-weekly home time depending on location, with top teams averaging 5,500 miles per week and some reaching 6,500 miles. California drivers are not eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be pre-matched team.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Hazmat endorsement required.
• Willing to obtain Doubles/Triples endorsements within 30 days.
• California: Minimum of 3 months teaming together.
• Doubles/triples endorsement (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Drive team with dedicated lanes and consistent freight.
• Maintain high-mileage performance and weekly income.
• Meet home-time options (weekly or bi-weekly) without sacrificing miles.
