C2MG Builders Carlisle is seeking a skilled Team Carpenter to work on high-end residential and historic projects across New England. You’ll contribute to prep, measuring, material selection, blueprint interpretation, and precise assembly.

The role requires 3+ years carpentry, your own professional toolkit, a valid driver’s license, and a collaborative spirit. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and a Mon–Fri schedule with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of carpentry experience required.
• Own professional-grade toolkit.
• Valid driver’s license required to get to job sites.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow supervisor guidance.
• Strong eye for detail and quality, works well in a small crew.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lay out construction or renovation projects with accuracy.
• Measure dimensions—height, width, length for flawless execution.
• Select the right materials for each task.
• Follow detailed plans or supervisor guidance to build to spec.
• Wield hand and power tools safely and confidently.
• Join materials with nails, screws, or adhesives and install cabinets, molding, doors, and windows.
• Check work against top standards throughout the project.
• Set up scaffolding, prep concrete forms, and handle remodeling tasks.
• Use levels, framing squares, and surveying tools to ensure precision.

What You’ll Do

As a Team Carpenter at C2MG, you’ll play a hands‑on role in shaping high‑end residential and historic projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Project Prep:Plan and lay out construction or renovation projects with accuracy.
• Precision Measuring:Calculate dimensions—height, width, length for flawless execution.
• Material Mastery:Select the right wood, metal, or other materials for each task.
• Blueprint Expertise:Follow detailed plans or supervisor guidance to bring designs to life.
• Tool Skills:Wield hand tools (chisels, saws, planes) and power tools (drills, sanders) with confidence.
• Construction & Assembly:Join materials using nails, screws, or adhesives, and install features like cabinets, molding, doors, and windows.
• Quality Control:Check your work against top standards every step of the way.
• Specialized Tasks:Set up scaffolding, prep concrete forms, and tackle remodeling projects.
• Precision Craftsmanship:Use levels, framing squares, and surveying tools to ensure everything’s spot‑on.
