What You'll Do

As a Team Carpenter at C2MG, you'll play a hands-on role in shaping high-end residential and historic projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Prep:Plan and lay out construction or renovation projects with accuracy.
  • Precision Measuring:Calculate dimensions-height, width, length for flawless execution.
  • Material Mastery:Select the right wood, metal, or other materials for each task.
  • Blueprint Expertise:Follow detailed plans or supervisor guidance to bring designs to life.
  • Tool Skills:Wield hand tools (chisels, saws, planes) and power tools (drills, sanders) with confidence.
  • Construction & Assembly:Join materials using nails, screws, or adhesives, and install features like cabinets, molding, doors, and windows.
  • Quality Control:Check your work against top standards every step of the way.
  • Specialized Tasks:Set up scaffolding, prep concrete forms, and tackle remodeling projects.
  • Precision Craftsmanship:Use levels, framing squares, and surveying tools to ensure everything's spot-on.
