Formación

• High school diploma or higher required; degree preferred.
• Proven informal leadership through peer coaching and positive work behaviors.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and time-management with strong organizational ability.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate flawless execution of the production plan and uphold 4 core principles.
• Lead field interactions supporting SQRE execution and team development.
• Develop personnel through coaching and targeted development plans.
• Identify capability gaps and drive actions to close them.
• Manage performance issue closure and recognize effective behaviors.
• Mitigate risks, troubleshoot, and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Ensure proper shift handovers and resource planning.
