South Block is seeking a proactive Team Captain in Charlotte to support store operations and lead the shift team. You will help maintain the South Block Experience for guests and fellow Blockstars, while embodying the brand’s mission of building healthier communities.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable leading others, open to feedback, and capable of managing open and close procedures. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and creating a friendly, inclusive environment.

Formación

• Must be able to lead and open/close the store.
• Willingness to train and develop team members.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Excellent English communication and professional demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Assist store management with daily operations to support the South Block Experience.
• Lead shifts and supervise the team to ensure smooth service.
• Be the ambassador for South Block and uphold the mission at the local level.
