South Block in Washington DC is seeking a Team Captain to join our store operations team. You will help the store management maintain the South Block Experience for our Blockstars and guests, lead shifts, and open and close the store as needed.

You’ll bring a solution oriented mindset, strong leadership, and a willingness to train and develop team members. English communication, 18+ years, and reliability are essential for daily success in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
