Job summary

Smoothie King seeks a Brand Ambassador/Shift Leader in Tallahassee to guide guests toward fitness and nutrition goals by helping select smoothies and retail products. You will mentor team members when the General Manager isn’t in the store and demonstrate passion for the brand while embracing new challenges.

This role emphasizes friendly guest engagement, reliable opening/closing duties, cash handling, and inventory support while promoting Smoothie King’s culture and mission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Excellent Communication Skills, ability to give and receive feedback.
• Must be extremely reliable.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest's purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
