Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of primary care experience.
• Current, valid, and unrestricted medical license.
• Documentation of proof of a negative TB test in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based primary care to patients focusing on prevention.
• Partner with the care team to develop patient care plans.
• Participate in organizational activities and clinical meetings.
