Responsibilities

• Attend all assigned home preseason, regular-season, and playoff games.
• Complete pregame setup and postgame breakdown of locker rooms and courtside areas for home and visiting teams.
• Organize, distribute, and maintain team equipment, towels, refreshments, and hydration supplies.
• Perform assigned in-game courtside duties, including providing drinks and towels, rebounding, and assisting with other team needs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary locker rooms, equipment areas, and courtside spaces.
• Assist the Equipment Manager and other Basketball Operations staff with daily tasks and special assignments.
• Communicate effectively with players, coaches, team personnel, arena staff, and visiting team representatives.
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain professional standards while handling equipment and supporting game-day activities.
• Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness when priorities change or additional support is needed.
• Contribute to an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative environment for employees, players, partners, and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by team staff or visiting team personnel.
