Global Asset Management firm located in the heart of NYC is seeking a sharp and pro-active college graduate with 3+ years of administrative experience to support a team of investment professionals with everything as it relates to keeping them on point and successful. Coordinate meetings with high profile executives and clients. Manage calendars, arrange domestic and international travel, process expense reports, and devise reports and presentations.
