About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Team Administrator to support our rostering functions. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience and play an integral part in ensuring smooth scheduling and workforce management across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative and coordination support across services.
  2. Coordinate and maintain the team’s roster, ensuring all shifts are filled efficiently and accurately.
  3. Liaise with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination regarding schedules.
  4. Maintain and analyse spreadsheets, trackers, and data reports.
  5. Work closely with clinicians and service leads to support operational needs.
  6. Apply sound judgement and knowledge of roster processes and technology (including Mahi ē Taea), working accurately and methodically.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong analytical and organisational skills — you love solving problems and keeping things on track.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
