Responsibilities

• Preach during Sunday services on a recurring basis and contribute as an additional teaching voice.
• Collaborate with the Senior Pastor and teaching team on sermon planning and series development.
• Prepare biblically faithful, engaging messages for multigenerational audiences.
• Lead baptism courses, discipleship classes, membership environments, and other teaching opportunities.
• Develop or contribute to teaching materials and resources as needed.
• Adapt teaching to different audiences, settings, and spiritual maturity levels.
• Partner with ministry leaders to identify opportunities for growth and discipleship across the church.
• Support broader discipleship by equipping people to live out their faith and make disciples.
