Qualifications

• Native-level English proficiency and a bachelor's degree.
• Prior tutoring, teaching assistant, or other student-facing teaching experience is strongly preferred.
• Eager to learn and grow, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach live online ELA small-group classes focused on Reading, Speaking, and Writing for elementary students.
• Prepare lessons using Think Academy's curriculum and teaching resources; grade student work and provide timely, constructive feedback; communicate with students and parents about learning progress when needed.
• Support onboarding and training for new ELA teachers; observe classes and provide practical feedback to help teachers improve; share best practices and support consistent teaching quality across the team.
