Job summary

The Department of English at Carnegie Mellon University invites applications for a career-track Lecturer to teach courses in the Writing & Communication program. Qualifications

• Terminal degree (PhD preferred) in Writing Studies, Rhetoric, Composition, Technical Communication, Applied Linguistics, or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in Writing & Communication program (3–3 load, possibly 3–2).
• Collaborate on writing pedagogy projects, curricular development, and assessment initiatives.
