Teaching Associate in Public HealthCoastal Carolina University, Department of Public Health, in the College of Health and Human Performance, invites applications for a teaching associate for courses related to personal and community health. This position is a part-time position to fill instructional needs and vacancies in the Public Health Department, beginning August 15, 2025. The individual will play an integral role in teaching undergraduate students in health courses such as personal and community health, philosophy and principles of public health, or epidemiology. Qualified candidates may also teach in other content areas aligned with candidate expertise (e.g., nutrition, family life/sexuality, consumer health, school health, environmental health).

Candidates must possess a master's degree in Public Health, Community Health, or highly related discipline. Preferred qualifications include a record of successful public/community health engagement or experience in professional health-related agencies or clinics, a background in instructional settings, and experiences working with college students.
