Reports To: IC Program Manager
The Teaching Associate 4 teaches program courses and provides individualized and group support to students with intellectual disabilities enrolled in the IC program on campus. The position provides direct instruction on programmatic topics (e.g., independent living, socialization, functional academics, workforce readiness). The position also supports students in gaining meaningful employment experiences and fostering independence across academic, social, and community settings. The Teaching Associate is essential in helping students successfully obtain and maintain internships and paid employment during and after their college program.

Must pass a satisfactory background check.
This position and/or position's responsibilities require work directly with minors. Finger printing and National Sex Offender Registry check required per FASOP HR-04.
