A leading educational institution seeks a positive and energetic Teaching Assistant to work with children, ensuring their potential is reached in a happy and safe environment. The position is term-time only, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities, with a generous salary based on hours worked and commitment to child welfare.

The candidate should be prepared to work across the school, engaging with groups or individual children undertaking intervention programmes. The role includes supervising and mentoring children at lunchtimes. Experience working with children with additional needs is advantageous.
You should have broad experience working with similar pupils in a mainstream setting and possess the compassion to support and nurture all children.
The post is from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, term time only. We are open to considering both full-time candidates (5 days a week) and part-time candidates.
The salary depends on the number of days worked. For reference, a full-time Teaching Assistant working 5 days a week would earn approximately £17,289 per year.

You should be an effective communicator with children and adults, friendly, approachable, and able to work independently.
