The School of Music in the College of Liberal Arts at the University of Nevada seeks a dedicated educator for the position of Teaching Assistant Professor/Lecturer of Music Theory. The typical teaching load for this position is 4-4 and the primary teaching responsibilities include:
The successful candidate is expected to foster a culture of shared excellence by fulfilling service roles to include graduate committee involvement, collaborating within the School of Music, engaging in recruitment efforts, and supporting regional public schools. The position will begin on July 1, 2026.
