Job summary

Champlain Valley Educational Services BOCES is seeking a qualified Teaching Assistant for a full-time position. The role requires a NYS Teaching Assistant Certification or the ability to obtain one, along with documented experience in Heavy Equipment Repair, Operations, and/or Diesel Technology.

This position follows the school calendar and offers a minimum starting salary of $31,250, with paid time off for school holidays, sick days, personal leave, and bereavement days. Health insurance benefits include coverage of 90% of premiums.

Anticipated Start Date: Immediate Opening

Position Information: Full time/10-month per year position, follows school calendar

Paid Time Off: School holidays off, snow days off, 15 sick days, 4 personal leave days, and 3 bereavement days per occurrence
