As a Teacher Aide, you'll assist classroom teachers by supporting students who need additional help to reach their full potential. You will provide both academic and behavioral support within the classroom environment, helping maintain a positive and structured setting for all learners.

Responsibilities

• Assist the classroom teacher
• Work with Special Education students and/or small groups to reinforce instructed material
• Assist in compiling classroom communications
• Maintain a conducive and safe learning environment
• Utilize various learning methods to enhance student experiences and support their needs
• Support with personal care or hygiene, including toileting as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• US Work Authorization — Zen Educate cannot provide sponsorship for visas or relocation assistance at this time
• Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• ParaPro Certification or similar
• Previous experience in a school setting
• CPI Training

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $19 - $22 per hour, paid weekly.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, within hours of 7:30 am - 3:00 / 4:30 pm (no weekends).
